Meet Your Host, Jamie
With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and a background in psychology, Jamie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to property management, specifically Short-term vacation rentals. As a real estate investor, buisiness owner, mother and active community member, Jamie understands commitment, communication and diligence.
After completing her degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and gaining her Real Estate license, Jamie started hosting vacation rentals as a property manager in Houston, TX. Eventually she grew her portfolio from Galveston, Tx, to Bozeman, Montana and Port St. Joe, Florida. She excels in the Short Term Rental Industry by using her psychology background to read and perfect the guests’ desires and needs, and her Real Estate background to evaluate and lead the current rental market.
She has earned the status of “Super Host” for 6 years in a row, and her Houston property was awarded “TOP 5 STR PROPERTIES IN HOUSTON,” by AirDNA. Starting off in the real estate industry for Berkshire Hathaway, she quickly discovered that her passion was not in selling homes, it was the fulfillment that she felt and gratitude from her clients that sincerely drove her. Soon, she ventured away from the sales side of real estate and fell in love with the hospitality side. She finds the most joy in taking care of home owners and their guests while producing the most profit on her clients’ investment as possible.
